In a welcome move to help everyday commuters beat rising fuel prices, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has officially announced the Ehsaas Fuel Support Program. The scheme is specially designed for low-income motorcycle and scooter owners, giving them direct financial help so they can keep riding without feeling the full pinch of inflation.
The program is being rolled out on the vision of PTI Chairman Imran Khan and under the direct instructions of Chief Minister Muhammad Sohail Afridi. Officials say the aim is simple: put some extra cash back into the pockets of hardworking people who rely on two-wheelers for daily travel.
How Much Support Will You Get?
Eligible registered owners will receive Rs2,000 per month as fuel support. This money will be provided regularly to help cover the increasing cost of petrol and diesel.
Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Rules Made Simple)
Not everyone will qualify. The government has set clear conditions to make sure only genuine owners benefit:
- The motorcycle or scooter must be registered in your own name.
- The registration transfer must be fully completed (no pending paperwork).
- If the bike is unregistered or still in someone else’s name, you won’t be eligible.

Super Easy Registration Process – Just Use the Dastak App
Applying is straightforward and completely online through the Dastak App. Here’s exactly what you need to do, step by step:
- Download the Dastak App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Create your user account.
- Enter your vehicle’s registration number and chassis number.
- Select your district and fill in your complete personal details.
- Upload the required documents (listed below).
Documents You Must Upload:
- National Identity Card (CNIC) – both front and back
- Vehicle Registration Book or Smart Card
- Clear photo of the motorcycle/scooter
- If the vehicle was transferred: proof of verification from both the seller and the buyer
How the Application Will Be Checked
Once you submit the form, the government will verify everything through e-Sahulat. The Excise & Taxation Office (ETO) will then give the final approval. You will receive a clear notification whether your application is approved or rejected.
Important note: Any false information or incomplete transfer documents will lead to immediate rejection. For transferred vehicles, confirmation from both parties is mandatory.
